Slimqa Slim Coffee Return Policy

This page explains how returns and refunds work for Slimqa Slim Coffee. Returns and refunds are processed by Aura Health LLC, the seller of Slimqa. The full legal terms are in the Slimqa Terms and Conditions for the US, France and Germany.

1. The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

A box qualifies for a refund when:

• you start the return within 30 calendar days after delivery;
• the box is unopened, unused and in its original packaging, in new and resalable condition; and
• it was bought directly from the official website.

If an order contains several boxes, each box that meets these conditions qualifies on its own. Opened or used boxes do not qualify under the guarantee.

2. How to Start a Return

1. Send a request through the Slimqa help center contact form with your order details.
2. You will receive a return authorization and the return address for your region.
3. Send your unopened boxes to that address. We recommend a trackable service; keep your proof of postage.

Please do not send returns to the company’s registered office or any other address.

3. Return Costs

The customer pays for return postage and is responsible for the parcel until it arrives, unless the return is due to an error on our side, such as a wrong product being sent. Original shipping charges are not refunded under the money-back guarantee.

4. Refunds

Once your return arrives and has been checked, the refund is made to your original payment method. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.

5. Damaged, Faulty or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact Slimqa support with your order details and photos. These cases are handled separately from the money-back guarantee, according to your legal rights.

6. Cancellations

You can ask to cancel an order within one hour of placing it, as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped. After that, please use the return process.

7. Refused or Uncollected Deliveries

Refusing a delivery or not collecting a parcel is not an approved return. It can delay or prevent a refund, so please use the return process instead.

8. Customers in the European Union

If you live in the EU, including France and Germany, you can also withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell Slimqa support clearly that you wish to withdraw, then return the products. Under EU law, this right may not apply to sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery for health or hygiene reasons. Reimbursement follows the rules of EU law.
